SQUARES – Washed Up
These photos were taken in 2006 at Little Talbot Island State Park where the skeleton of a 19th century ship washed up on shore exposing the remnants of a wood hull and steel ribs that once held it together.

This part of Death Valley is 282 feet (85.5 meters) below sea level. We were only part of the way down towards the bottom.

This is a Western Chipmunk found in the western part of North America. They eat vegetation, fungi, insects, arthropods, small frogs, worms and bird eggs. Occasionally, they will eat newly hatched birds.

I know Heaven’s time is getting shorter too. She was wrapped up in her blanket waiting for me to get comfy so she could cuddle at my feet. She is a spoiled little girl and I’m okay with that!
