No it is travertine that is formed from the hot water hitting the limestone. I thought it looked like ash from a volcano. Since Yellowstone is a super volcano made sense to me. I had to look it up after our visit. π
Yes, I’m in Jacksonville. It is hotter and more humid the further south you go. We have great beaches here and plan on going tomorrow. It will be quite refreshing. π

Beautiful ! Is that snow? If it is I would love to lay it in it at this point. Almost 90 where I am and I really do not like the heat.
