Here is my entry for Granny Shot It’s Bird of the Day (BOTD) challenge.
Domestic Geese are mean! Flat out, no bones about it! Don’t they look cute? Where there is one, there are many. They are a nuisance in some areas. Known as the greylag goose or swan goose, they stop being cute when they come after you. I worked at the Florida State Fairgrounds for 5 years in the late 90’s, early 2000’s where visitors & employees couldn’t get into the administrative building without being attacked. Florida Fish & Wildlife had to catch and relocate them. The lovely flock in these images decided to come out and attack us as we were getting into our cars at my ex-husband’s house a few years back. Talk about “gang” activity!
